The Program Supervisor will fulfill clinical and administrative responsibilities for the daily operations and performance of the program and staff. Evening work may be required at some locations.

04 Position: Therapist

Statements of Purpose

At Balance Treatment, our mission is to improve the lives of individuals, their families, and those in their communities by addressing the issues that are preventing growth. The Therapist fulfills direct service, including individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy, consultations, assessments, and crisis intervention. When working in the Intensive Outpatient Program, therapists may be working with adults as well as adolescent clients. Reports to the Program Director.
