This role is pivotal in establishing a state-of-the-art program that aligns with our commitment to excellence in education, service delivery, and community impact. The BCBA Program Director will be responsible for developing the curriculum, setting up operational procedures, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Therapist fulfills direct service, including individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy, consultations, assessments, and crisis intervention. When working in the Intensive Outpatient Program, therapists may be working with adults as well as adolescent clients. Reports to the Program Director.
