Do you accept insurance for mental health treatment?

Yes! We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Cigna/Evernorth, Magellan, Tricare, and we are able to work with all major insurance providers. Our intake team will help determine your benefits and mental health treatment costs. We do not accept Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or Medicare at this time, but we can discuss other payment options.

What are the benefits of group therapy?

Group therapy offers a unique sense of support and belonging, helping you realize you’re not alone in your mental health struggles. By connecting with peers going through similar experiences, you can gain new perspectives, practice new coping skills in a safe setting, and build a stronger sense of community and hope for healing. WHAT IS A PHP, OR PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM?

A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured, intensive outpatient mental health treatment option. Participants attend therapeutic groups, sessions, and activities several hours each day but return home in the evenings. PHP is an excellent alternative to inpatient hospitalization for those needing support but not 24/7 supervision. Get more details about PHP here.

DO YOU OFFER TELETHERAPY AND ON-SITE OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer remote and on-site groups from multiple locations. Please call for details.

DO you take medi-cal or medicare?

We currently are not Medi-Cal or Medicare providers, but we have payment options that may work for you.

How long are your programs?

Each person’s treatment needs are truly individual. With our initial assessment, we are able to provide a clinical recommendation on the level and length of treatment to best address your specific needs.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH LEVEL OF CARE OR PROGRAM I NEED FOR MYSELF OR FAMILY MEMBER?

During the intake process, we will work very closely with you or your family member to assist in determining which level of care and program is best suited for the individual treatment needs to ensure long-term success.

DO YOU HAVE ADOLESCENT OR KIDS PROGRAMS?

Yes, we have kids programs for ages 6-11 and adolescent programs for ages 12-17 at all of our locations. You can find more information about our kids program.
